PNY 32GB. JON. Jon. one of the cards that has been messed up by macBook2015 - used Manjaro to format - files copied to it appear to be hidden *** Monday 17 Feb 2025 run First Aid from diskutil and today at least it worked -- the sdCard seems to be working fine and I used it with Balena Etcher to create bootable Linux Mint for MacBook2009 and it successfully booted. Used this Linux Mint for months then it hung and would not reboot. But it will boot (3 Aug 2025) on MacBook2015 and so I will keep the SD as is.

MELissa 32GB Ubuntu 24.1 installer on this -- no problem with the wireless controller with this opsys variant. Sunday 3 August 2025 - tried on MacBook2009 but it would not boot. Booted fine on MacBook2015.

SAMSUNG Grey SD 32GB. Has some stuff on it as a result of an attempt to get Skoda infotainment unit updated.

Integral MicroSD 16GB. NOT4GALAXY. Nikon camera pictures. well do not know what happened to the photos ** as at 17 Feb 2025 this card shows no files in Finder but DiskUtil shows 7.5GB used up. Installed Ubuntu Cinnamon 24.04.2 (Noble Numbat) from an ISO file stored on MacBook2015 Ubuntu. On MacBook2015 this took 64 seconds to show mouse pointer from boot choice. Then a further 10s to complete the boot. The MacBook2009 took 3min. 40s. to show mouse pointer from boot choice. Then a further 13s to complete the boot. I installed the Broadcom WiFi driver. I created a Network connection for WiFi and specified auto-connect. But it does not connect with WiFi. It does connect with ethernet and so will use like this.

SanDisk (blue) 2GB Using for the music for Skoda
